Zalisyam Zahari is a seasoned energy executive with 26 years of experience across gas processing, upstream operations, risk and incident management, and business strategic planning. As the Head of PIMMAG, he provides strategic leadership that balances member company interests with national imperatives, driving stronger asset integrity governance and elevating Malaysia’s overall readiness in oil spill preparedness and response.
Zalisyam began his career in gas processing operations before advancing into reliability and integrity engineering roles and contributing to gas value-chain integration through technical studies and commercial assessments. His leadership later expanded into the LNG value chain, where he provided assurance oversight for PETRONAS’ international LNG portfolio and worked closely with host governments and joint-venture partners.
He has also held pivotal roles in enterprise HSE governance, spanning risk and incident management, strategic planning, and technology transformation – advancing PETRONAS’ HSE Digital & Technology strategy, elevating incident management systems, and strengthening technology-driven safety performance across the organization.
Mohd Fahmy Bin Yusrin
He began his career in 2003 in the construction industry before transitioning to oil and gas in 2008 with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB).
He has since built extensive upstream experience with contractors (UEM, TH Technologies), Oil & Gas operators, and the industry regulator, Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM).
His expertise spans Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), turnaround activities, performance planning, radar surveillance operations, emergency response, and project management. He graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2002
Aida Binti Idrus
She launched her career at Roger Yue & Associates, Morison AAC, and Deloitte PLT, gaining solid experience in taxation.
Over the past 25 years, she expanded her focus to finance and operations, working across procurement and holding roles with major industry players such as ExxonMobile Exploration & Production Malaysia Inc (EMEPMI), British Petroleum (BP), and Carigali Hess Operating Company (CHOC).
Throughout her career, she had developed deep, hands-on expertise across a wide range of financial and operational functions. She graduated from University of Malaya in 2002.
Wan Mohd Azman Bin Wan Moktar
Wan Mohd Azman has over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with specialized expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), emergency response, and risk management.
He has held key roles at Petrofac (Malaysia-PM304) Limited., where he managed Security and Emergency Response Preparedness. Currently, as the Centre of Excellence Manager at PIMMAG, Azman plays a strategic role in supporting industry-wide initiatives focused on safety, emergency preparedness, and operational excellence.
He has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive HSE frameworks aligned with international standards and regulatory requirements. Known for his strong leadership acumen, he has overseen incident investigations, facilitated safety audits and drills, and led numerous risk assessments aimed at minimizing operational hazards.
Azman is also an advocate for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, contributing to the upskilling of HSE professionals and fostering collaboration across the industry through stakeholders’ management.
Anis Syakir Bin Abu Bakar
He joined PIMMAG in 2016 and is a certified Safety & Health Officer. He began his career as an HSE Supervisor and was promoted to a managerial role in 2020.
He plays a key role in driving HSSE initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong HSSE culture across the organization. He graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
