Brings over 30 years of leadership experience in operations, strategic planning, and team development from various organisations; Defense (Malaysian Armed Forces), Academics (National Defense University), Enforcement (Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency) and Oil & Gas (PETRONAS) to her role as General Manager at PIMMAG.
With a strong track record in driving growth and operational efficiency, Captain Zalina oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy to ensure excellence in performance and Members’ satisfaction. Prior to joining PIMMAG, Captain Zalina held senior management roles in both government and industry, where she successfully led multi-functional teams, streamlined processes, and delivered measurable business outcomes.
Captain Zalina holds a Master in Business Administration from University of Malaya, and is known for her hands-on leadership style, results-driven mindset, and commitment to fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
In her role at PIMMAG, Captain Zalina is dedicated to aligning operations with strategic goals, nurturing talent, and delivering exceptional value to PIMMAG Members and stakeholders.
Mohd Fahmy Bin Yusrin
He began his career in 2003 in the construction industry before transitioning to oil and gas in 2008 with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB).
He has since built extensive upstream experience with contractors (UEM, TH Technologies), Oil & Gas operators, and the industry regulator, Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM).
His expertise spans Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), turnaround activities, performance planning, radar surveillance operations, emergency response, and project management. He graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2002

Over the past 25 years, she expanded her focus to finance and operations, working across procurement and holding roles with major industry players such as ExxonMobile Exploration & Production Malaysia Inc (EMEPMI), British Petroleum (BP), and Carigali Hess Operating Company (CHOC).
Throughout her career, she had developed deep, hands-on expertise across a wide range of financial and operational functions. She graduated from University of Malaya in 2002.
Wan Mohd Azman Bin Wan Moktar
Wan Mohd Azman has over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with specialized expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), emergency response, and risk management.
He has held key roles at Petrofac (Malaysia-PM304) Limited., where he managed Security and Emergency Response Preparedness. Currently, as the Centre of Excellence Manager at PIMMAG, Azman plays a strategic role in supporting industry-wide initiatives focused on safety, emergency preparedness, and operational excellence.
He has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive HSE frameworks aligned with international standards and regulatory requirements. Known for his strong leadership acumen, he has overseen incident investigations, facilitated safety audits and drills, and led numerous risk assessments aimed at minimizing operational hazards.
Azman is also an advocate for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, contributing to the upskilling of HSE professionals and fostering collaboration across the industry through stakeholders’ management.
Anis Syakir Bin Abu Bakar
He joined PIMMAG in 2016 and is a certified Safety & Health Officer. He began his career as an HSE Supervisor and was promoted to a managerial role in 2020.
He plays a key role in driving HSSE initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a strong HSSE culture across the organization. He graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
